How To Choose The Right Industrial Stair Treads

* Mainly divided according to the function of the step board and the use environment. If there are drawings, please strictly follow the design drawings of the engineering designer. If there is a lot of people going up and down the stairs, the front guard should be used, otherwise, the front guard can be omitted to reduce your cost.

* When installing, use screws or welding to fix, the bolts should be fixed with a perforated rear side plate, and the directly welded side plate does not need to be thickened.

The step boards generally use hot-dip galvanizing or spray paint surface treatment. Generally there are two types of welding and bolting:

Size Specifications of Industrial Stair Treads

Stair treads with different anti-skid front guards can be produced, and the size can be arbitrarily specified as required.

1. The width is 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, and the minimum width is 600mm. The width should not be greater than 1200mm. For stairs that are passed by a single person, the width between the two inclined beams or guardrails should not be less than 600mm.

2. When the stairs are frequently subjected to several people crossing at the same time or used as an evacuation route for people, the width of the ladder should be increased to 1200mm.

3. The protruding edge of the stair tread should be able to withstand a load of 1.5KN. When the width is not greater than 1200mm, the load acts on an area of 100mm×100mm; when the width is greater than 1200mm, a load of 1.5KN is added to the line at 600mm for each team. The deflection of the treads should not exceed 1/500 of the stair span.

4. The overlapping part of the vertical projection of the two adjacent upper and lower stair treads should not be less than 10mm.
