Series 1 : Center pitch of load bars is 30mm. It is in accordance with USA standards, Australia standards and Japanese standards applicable etc. With highest density of flat bars and strength, it is suitable for different applications.

Series 2: Center pitch of load bars is 40mm. It conforms to the requirement of fixed platform, walkway, stairway and tread as regulated in British, Germany, France and Japanese standards etc. Its general applications include conveyor walkway, storage shelves, mezzanine floor, catwalk, security grilles and sun screens etc.

Series 3 : Center pitch of load bars is 60 mm. This series has been specifically developed for mining industry and used for hang ceiling. With a high cost efficiency, it is the optimal choice for hang ceiling.

Classification of Plain Bar Grating

According Different Fabrications:

* Welded plain bar grating. The twisted square cross bars is welded onto bearing bars to form a firm and integrated structure.

* Swage-locked plain bar grating. The round or square bars is placed into pre-holes on the bearing bars and then locked by high pressure.

* Press-locked plain bar grating. The flat square bars is pressed onto the bearing bars by extremely high pressure. Sometimes, there are notches on bearing bars and cross bars. And the height of bearing bar and cross bar can be different.

* Riveted plain bar grating. The cross bar of riveted plain steel grating is a series crimped bars, which is jointed to the bearing bar by rivets. It is ideal for pedestrian wearing high-heel shoes and roller skates and wheeled equipment safe passing through.
